Homecare Assistant/ Care Assistant in Leyburn with variable shift patterns available:
- 07.00 AM – 07 PM – Day Calls
- 7 PM – 7 AM – Night Calls

We aim to enlist proficient and experienced professionals in the healthcare sector, specifically as support workers, Homecare Assistants, Care coordinators, and nurses. To join our team, you will contribute to delivering person‑centred care within these homes, catering to service users with diverse and complex care needs, including those with dementia. We provide attractive hourly rates, flexible work schedules, and weekly pay.
Role and Responsibilities:- Support all aspects of the care role as part of the team.
- Assist service users with mobility and help them move around.
- Help with personal care: undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and pad changes.
- Assist with meals.
- Interact with service users in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of service users, including maintaining a clean and organised environment.
- Use mechanical and non‑mechanical aids to help residents when moving.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of service users’ activities, updating notes in care plans as required.
- Hard‑working and honest.
- Valid care training certificate.
- Full, valid driving licence (personal vehicle an added advantage).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a care setting.
- Current and valid enhanced DBS.
- Willing to be paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
- Experience in customer service.
- Monthly pay with an attractive hourly rate.
