Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the care role.
- Assist with mobility and help service users move around.
- Provide personal care including undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting and pad changes.
- Assist with meals.
- Interact with service users compassionately and empathetically.
- Ensure comfort and safety, maintain a clean and organised environment.
- Use mechanical and non‑mechanical aids when moving residents.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of service users' activities and update care plans.
Qualifications
- Hard working and honest.
- Valid care training certificate.
- Full, valid driving licence (personal vehicle an advantage).
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care setting.
- Current and valid enhanced DBS.
- Willing to be paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
- Experience in customer service.
