We aim to enlist proficient and experienced professionals in the Healthcare sector, specifically as Support workers, Homecare Assistants, Care coordinators, and Nurses. To join our team, you will contribute to delivering person-centred care within these homes, catering to service users with diverse and complex care needs, including those with Dementia. We provide attractive hourly rates, flexible work schedules, and weekly pay.
Role and Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the team to support all aspects of the care role.
- Provide support with mobility and help service users move around.
- Assist service users with personal care (undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting, pad changes).
- Assist service users with their meals.
- Interact with service users in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of the service users, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Use any mechanical and non-mechanical aids to help the residents when moving.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service users’ activities, updating notes accordingly in care plans, etc.
Ideal Candidate
- Must be hard working and honest.
- Must have a valid care training certificate.
- Must have a full, valid driving license (access to a personal vehicle will be an added advantage).
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a care setting.
- Must hold a current and valid enhanced DBS.
- Must be willing to get paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
- Must have experience in customer service.
