As a Cleaning & Property Maintenance Specialist, you will be the face of our company on-site. You will travel to residential, commercial or construction locations to perform deep cleaning and light maintenance tasks to an exceptional standard. Because our services span multiple sectors, your day-to-day duties will vary, requiring a flexible approach and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Builders & Deep Cleans: Execute intensive, fast-paced post-construction cleans by removing heavy dust, debris, paint splatters and residue from all surfaces, windows and fixtures to hand over a spotless site to developers.
- Commercial & Office Cleaning: Maintain high hygienic standards in corporate environments, offices, retail spaces and communal areas, including dusting, vacuuming, scrutinising touchpoints and emptying waste.
- Domestic & Airbnb Cleaning: Deliver meticulous, high-attention-to-detail cleans for private homes and holiday rentals. For Airbnbs this includes full turnarounds, laundry rotation and staging the property to a 5-star guest standard.
- Specialist Exterior Cleaning: Safely operate pressure-washing machinery to clean driveways, patios, paths and brickwork, and conduct professional, smear-free window cleaning.
- Waste & Rubbish Removal: Assist in licensed waste clearance operations by safely removing and loading non-hazardous rubbish from properties during renovations, move-outs or commercial clear-outs.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to health & safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines for chemical usage and site-specific rules for construction zones.
- Physical Fitness: Perform a demanding, fast-paced role that requires standing, bending, lifting and moving for the entire shift.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Maintain a flawless track record for attendance. Clients expect us to be there Just in Time, making reliability our number one priority.
- Equipment & PPE Knowledge: Familiarise yourself with commercial cleaning chemicals, safety data sheets (COSHH) and wear appropriate PPE such as safety footwear, hi-vis, and long work trousers/leggings where required.
- Communication Skills: Interact politely and professionally with homeowners, site managers and corporate clients.
Desirable (But Not Essential) Criteria
- Valid, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (highly preferred for regional site travel).
- Valid CSCS Card for immediate deployment onto commercial construction sites for builders cleans.
- Existing, clean Basic or Enhanced DBS check (Criminal Record Check).
