We aim to enlist proficient and experienced professionals in the healthcare sector, specifically as Support Workers, Homecare Assistants, Care Coordinators, and Nurses. To join our team, you will contribute to delivering person‑centred care within homes, catering to service users with diverse and complex care needs, including those with dementia.
Responsibilities:- Support all aspects of the care role and be an integral part of the team.
- Provide support with mobility and help service users move around.
- Assist service users with personal care: undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and pad changes.
- Assist service users with their meals.
- Interact with service users in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of service users, including maintaining a clean and organised environment.
- Use mechanical and non‑mechanical aids to help residents move.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service users’ activities and update notes accordingly in care plans.
- Hard working and honest.
- Valid care training certificate.
- Full, valid driving licence (personal vehicle advantage).
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a care setting.
- Current and valid enhanced DBS.
- Willingness to get paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
- Experience in customer service.
- Flexible work schedules: 07:00‑07:00 day calls, 07:00‑07:00 night calls and 10:00‑08:00 waking nights.
