Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Secretary role based at Justin Law Solicitors in Slough.

The Legal Secretary will provide daily administrative and legal support to solicitors, including preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents and correspondence.

The role involves liaising with clients and third parties, updating case management systems, and ensuring all documentation is filed and stored in line with firm policies.

The Legal Secretary will support fee earners across the firm’s core practice areas and contribute to a professional and efficient office environment.

Experience supporting Legal Assistants or solicitors in a law firm or legal environment.

~ Excellent Clerical Skills, including file management, data entry, document filing, and general office administration, including invoice payment recovery

~ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone manner and client-focused approach.

~ Proficiency with standard office software and case management systems; prior experience in immigration, family, or private client work is an advantage.

~ Relevant qualification or training in legal administration or secretarial work is desirable.
