Overview

Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma-informed care. It provides 24-hour comprehensive care, including an on-site school, clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (10PM-8AM)

Salary: $24/hour

Note: Overtime may be mandated due to the nature of our work and the youth depending on us.

Responsibilities and Training

• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures, including rotating on-call coverage.
• Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• Support efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Support staff and programming by adhering to policies and procedures of Littleton Academy’s Residential Department.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to remain awake throughout overnight shifts.
• Experience in residential programs or mental health facilities.
• Supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
• Valid driver’s license for transporting students.
• Availability for evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Training in physical interventions and verbal de-escalation techniques will be provided.
• Background and driving record checks will be conducted.
