Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma-informed care. Littleton provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
We provide training in cutting-edge treatment models, such as the ARC framework, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART) and Neurofeedback Therapy. We offer ongoing monthly professional development through SMART and Family Therapy consultation. Clinical supervision is provided within a multidisciplinary team and we will help you obtain licensure if needed.

Schedule and Salary
Multiple options for schedules to accommodate work-life balance.
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
Responsibilities
- You will be able to develop your skills in providing treatment and comprehensive assessments for our students through individual, group, and family therapy.
- You will develop innovative and individualized treatment plans to support students toward clinical and treatment goals.
- You will manage a caseload of students to help them develop life skills and a sense of self, including activities such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW) or eligible to sit for licensure.
- Valid driver’s license; transporting students is required.
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
- Willingness to learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalation to ensure a safe therapeutic atmosphere for students.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
