We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to shape and share our story, from national touring productions to workshops, residencies, and advocacy campaigns. Working closely with our Artistic Director and wider team, you’ll lead on campaign strategy, press, partnerships, newsletters, and storytelling that bring our social justice mission to life.

Justice in Motion is a professional Physical Theatre Company driven by a commitment to art and social justice. Through powerful and visually striking performances, the organisation raises awareness about social injustices and inspires action for societal change. Justice in Motion emphasizes themes of hope, redemption, and forgiveness while addressing pressing issues affecting communities. The company also offers workshops and events to engage and empower individuals in the fight against injustice. Collaborating with partner organisations, Justice in Motion adds depth to its work, connects with wider audiences, and amplifies the voices of those working on the issues they tackle.

Role Description
You’ll be:

  • Creative, strategic, and proactive
  • Experienced in marketing, copywriting, and digital strategy
  • Confident using tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Wordpress, and social media schedulers
  • Passionate about arts and social change

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and delivering marketing campaigns
  • Developing Tour Marketing Materials and lead on promotional strategies
  • Coordinating press and partner outreach
  • Developing Audience Plans
  • Writing and designing newsletters, blogs, and digital materials
  • Managing content calendars and tour promotion
  • Evaluating campaign reach and impact
  • Supporting fundraising campaigns

Details
Contract: Freelance, part-time (2 days/week)
Location: Remote and in person on tour (England-based applicants only)
Fee: £1,300 / Month
Starting Date: 5th January 2026
