Picker/Packer/Warehouse Operative

Just Wales is a family run business and has been operating throughout Wales over the last 20 years and we are looking for people to join our team in Carmarthen.

As a Picker/Packer/Warehouse Operative, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Your core skills in warehouse experience and picking & packing will be vital. Additionally, your relevant skills in quality control and heavy lifting will support our commitment to maintaining high standards. Experience in warehouse management systems (scanners) would be beneficial but full training will be provided.

Working Schedule

Full time, Monday to Friday (7.30am to 5pm or 12pm to 7pm)

Job Role

• Breaking down pallets, picking and packing orders, labelling and stacking boxes onto pallets
• Using management systems and scanners
• Dealing with large quantities of products and pallets
• General day to day tasks of running a warehouse
• Organising products and meeting demands of customer orders in a timely manor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Experience:

• Picking & packing: 1 year (preferred)
