The Role

• Assist customers with rentals to ensure a smooth, professional experience
• Manage bookings, agreements and customer enquiries
• Carry out vehicle handovers and damage inspections
• Support the sales team with inventory management and paperwork
• Oversee parking and penalty charge notice administration
• Resolve issues quickly while delivering outstanding service

What We\’re Looking For

• Proactive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service instincts
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in vehicles/automotive sector (experience is a plus)
• Full UK driving licence desirable
