Just Value Doors is a growing online supplier of made-to-measure windows and doors based in Crowborough. We are looking for an experienced Window & Door Order Processor to join our office team. This is a varied role involving customer order processing, supplier coordination, and general office/accounts administration. Accounts experience is not essential, as training will be provided. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident using computer systems, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Checking supplier acknowledgements and technical details
- Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, lead times and delivery updates
- Supporting customers with order queries and updates
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Assisting with general accounts administration
- Updating CRM and internal systems
- Managing emails, spreadsheets and documentation
- Working closely with the sales and aftersales teams to ensure smooth order progression
Requirements:
- Previous order processing experience within the windows and doors industry
- Knowledge of aluminium and uPVC products preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and email systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
