About the company: My client is a pioneering (B2B) SaaS business within the Employee wellbeing tech space going through accelerated growth globally. As a part of their growth strategy, they are looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Director/VP Marketing who will report directly to the SVP Sales, EMEA. The role will be based in London with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising and executing an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally with the sales and Product teams to ensure that the entire ecosystem is fully equipped to achieve the results. You must have experience driving growth and understand marketing needs from an ABM perspective, be able to enhance MQLs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Set the marketing strategy and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Brand teams.
- Set measurable goals for the division with ongoing analysis and tracking of marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners.
- Work closely with the leadership to devise best practices and ongoing external brand reputation.
- Continually evolve inbound marketing and demand-gen capabilities with a focus on segmentation and market expansion within mid-market and enterprise sectors.
- Manage full regional marketing budget and show ROI.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a team leadership role.
- Experience within high-growth enterprise subscription businesses is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the demand-gen engine and ABM to optimise enterprise account health.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Prior experience of leading teams, motivating them, providing continual feedback, running their 121s and reviews, appraisals is essential.
- Excellent ability to influence and drive the voice for the marketing division.
Pay range and compensation package: Up to £140k base salary with industry-leading benefits and bonus.
