Senior Product Marketing Manager – Purpose driven Series B scale up – London
The Company
My client is a leading AI-powered platform that helps drive sustainability and reduce food waste. They’ve had an amazing 5 years and have raised over $300 million, a valuation of over 1 billion and have reached unicorn status.
A truly global business they are currently active across 10+ geo’s including UK, US, France, Spain and Germany and experienced over 300% growth in users over the past year. Due to continued growth and expansion of their products they have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their team to own their product marketing.
The Role
You will be the critical bridge between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring the platform’s value is strategically positioned, effectively communicated, and powerfully marketed.
You will own key initiatives—from crafting compelling messaging and sharpening competitive positioning to extracting deep customer insights—all with the goal of making them stand out in a rapidly evolving and highly competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to refine messaging and acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with Product and Data teams to turn insights into data-driven growth strategies.
- Analyze user behavior, activation patterns, and drop-off points to optimise customer journeys.
- Lead and execute GTM strategies for new features and product launches.
- Develop and refine in-platform and in-app strategies to drive user acquisition and growth, focusing on seamless onboarding flows and frictionless conversions.
- Define launch goals, messaging, positioning, and channel strategies to maximize impact.
- Develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with their target audience and differentiates their products in the market.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate complex features into simple, value-driven narratives.
- Build and maintain product playbooks, battle cards, and competitive positioning frameworks that work seamlessly for the sales organization.
- Work with the marketing team to develop landing pages, case studies, blog content, and video assets that drive conversions.
- Develop sales collateral and training materials to support customer acquisition.
- Train sales teams on new features, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Proven track record in taking new products to market from inception.
- 6+ years experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS, Fintech or B2B.
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
- Experience developing GTM strategies and launching successful products.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
