London -£40,000 – £46,000 – (Hybrid)

Senior Account Manager – The Company

My client are a unique, independent marketing intelligence and CRM agency who use data science to craft omni-channel, emotionally intelligent communications.

Established 5 years ago, their founder set up the agency to address the underutilization of data in hospitality and retail marketing. She noticed that marketing departments were often sidelined, focusing on superficial activities rather than strategic initiatives. Their goal is to elevate the role of marketers by providing them with the tools and insights needed to drive significant revenue growth – transforming customer data into actionable strategies that drive revenue and loyalty and help them secure a strategic position within their organizations. Their proprietary methodology moves people through the customer lifecycle, increasing not just frequency and spend but also emotional connection.

They've worked with notable brands such as Pizza Pilgrims, Leon, Turtle Bay, and Zizzi, helping them unlock substantial revenue opportunities through data analysis and targeted marketing campaigns

Senior Account Manager – The Culture

Made up of a team of experts in data analysis, CRM, and creative marketing they foster an inclusive and innovative culture, encouraging their team to challenge conventional approaches and deliver impactful results. They offer very regular work from home, and access to several London workspaces as well as the freedom to make the role work in the way which best protects your physical & mental health.

They are a small but might agency with 12 emotionally intelligent, proactive team members who are expert communicators and due to expansion into other sectors and territories have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join the team.

Senior Account Manager – The Role

  • Ownership: whether that’s owning your client relationships, the campaigns you devise and present or the process of taking them from concept to delivery, you’ll put your presentation, creative & technical skills to great use every day.
  • Innovation: they put data at the centre of their thinking and are constantly looking for ways to action the intelligence they surface to help clients turn insight into £££. You’ll feel empowered to test new ideas and approaches – and rewarded when one of them sticks.
  • Client relationships: they’re people people, so whether that’s a seamless onboarding or an ad hoc coffee & catch up, clients should always feel cherished and supported
  • End to end campaign management: you’ll get stuck into the data (with help from the data science team) to understand past performance and surface the juiciest opportunities for your clients – then brief in campaigns which drive real £££ value
  • Getting stuck in: they may already count dozens of the UK’s biggest hospitality, leisure & retail brands amongst their clients but they’re not about the boom and bust – they run a lean team and everyone helps get shit done.

Senior Account Manager – Key Skills

  • Proven track record in Account Management in an agency with great project management skills and experience managing clients across CRM & Loyalty.
  • Strong communicator who is enthusiastic, curious, and a positive human who want to soak up and use new knowledge
  • Experience in hospitality & retail is a big plus
