A truly global business, they are currently active across 10+ geographies including the UK, US, France, Spain, and Germany and experienced over 300% growth in users over the past year. Due to continued growth and expansion of their team, they have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Lead to join their team to drive their sales strategy and manage their team across the UK & Ireland.
Sales Lead - The Role
As their Sales Leader for the UK & Ireland, you will be accountable for the revenue growth of the region. You will coach their Account Executive team through high-value, complex sales cycles and help them nurture long-term relationships with key distributor partners. Your goal is to make your team shine by building a culture of collaboration, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Driving performance by coaching Account Executives throughout the sales process—ensuring they are equipped to navigate complex sales cycles, engage with high-level decision-makers, and close commercial deals with distributor partners.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to exceed revenue goals, collaborating closely with senior leadership to align your team’s efforts with broader company objectives.
- Providing regular one-on-one coaching, professional development, and constructive feedback to help each team member unlock their full potential.
- Overseeing the sales pipeline, ensuring your team maintains momentum through effective prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
- Working closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure the sales team has the tools, resources, and support needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Establishing and monitoring clear KPIs to measure team performance, providing regular reporting, and developing action plans to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve processes, explore new sales tactics, and enhance team effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of leading sales teams in the SaaS industry with experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles and closing high-value deals in the UK market, ideally with 5+ years of this experience.
- Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive leadership and decision-making.
- Exceptional ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team of Account Executives.
- Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies that drive consistent growth, while adapting to the ever-changing needs of the market.
