We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, landlord, and tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations, and we were confident we could provide a solution.
And we did. Like all startups, it’s been a bit of a roller coaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3000 letting agents using the platform, exciting & varied product lines, and 350 Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!

THE ROLE
You will own the growth marketing roadmap – focusing on improving and implementing channels for exponential growth. We are looking for a leader who can inspire trust and drive action.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition, managing CAC and expanding brand presence across key channels.
- Align marketing activity to broader business goals and ensure long-term strategy scales with the business and the broader market.
- Utilise data analytics, performance metrics, and customer insights to refine and optimise ROI across channels.
- Full ownership of the growth marketing budget and customer acquisition costs (CAC) and reporting on performance to the Senior Leadership Team, including the CFO.
- Develop and execute a successful strategy to achieve enterprise sales growth through effective ABM initiatives.
- Manage strategic partnerships, driving the development and execution of initiatives that generate new revenue for the business.
- Oversee and optimise the customer acquisition funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a deep customer understanding, effective targeting, messaging, and segmentation.
- Complete ownership of the website, including optimising user experience and conversion rates to drive new leads.
- Drive the creation of compelling content, email marketing, and campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, setting clear goals, tracking performance, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
ABOUT YOU

- Have a proven track record of delivering results within B2B SaaS marketing, with deep expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and data-driven decision making.
- Have achieved material increases to customer acquisition and brand presence through delivering a successful growth marketing strategy.
- Bring strong expertise in data analytics, customer segmentation, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel).
- Have excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Have the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
