Just Temps is currently recruiting for Production Operatives for their night shifts to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Ipswich, Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing and develop their skills within a busy production environment. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

You will be supporting the production team with the manufacturing and assembly of components, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a night shift position, with a pay rate of circa £14.00 per hour.

Key Duties:

  • Manufacturing and assembling components using hand and power tools, working efficiently within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the required quality standards, while supporting manufacturing processes.
  • Following Health & Safety procedures, correctly using PPE, and maintaining a safe and high-quality working environment.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and attention to detail skills.
  • Immediately available or available to start at short notice.
  • Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential.
