We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Minder to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the outskirts of Ipswich in Hadleigh, Suffolk.

Key Duties:
- Operating and monitoring filling machine.
- Machine minding and making basic machine setting adjustments.
- Assisting with machine set-up and changeovers following training.
- Filling products ranging from 3ml to 200ml.
- Carrying out tube production and ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Labelling and packing finished products into boxes.
- Tube testing and quality checks.
- Cleaning down machinery between production runs.
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and following health & safety procedures.
- Attendance at daily update meeting at 0830.
Requirements:
- Work quickly, methodically and within a team.
- Ability to concentrate whilst doing repetitive tasks and follow instructions.
- A willingness to work flexibly across other departments.
- Awareness of environmental pollution prevention and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Previous production, manufacturing or machine minding experience – this is essential.
- Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential.
- Full training will be given.
