Part Time Logistics Coordinator - We're currently recruiting for a Part Time Logistics Coordinator to join our client based in the outskirts of Ipswich Suffolk on an on-going temporary basis. About the Role: You will be acting as key support to the Logistics Manager. You will provide specialist logistics coordination and operational support to ensure the efficient, compliant and commercially effective delivery of transport operations. This is a part-time role, working days are Wednesday and Thursdays per week, 8.45am – 5.15pm. The pay rate is £18 - £20.23 per hour. Duties: Create and maintain fleet and maintenance schedules, including forward planning Maintain accurate records for vehicle maintenance, MOTs, inspections and compliance documentation Support selection and management of agencies for drivers and casual labour Produce regular fleet and transport reports, including KPI reporting Liaise with external parties regarding vehicle incidents, compliance or operational matters Requirements: Experience in logistics, transport coordination, fleet administration or transport compliance is essential Strong administrative, organisational reporting capability Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of transport compliance requirements, vehicle maintenance scheduling and driver records Ability to work independently and proactively resolve operational issues If you have the relevant skills and HR experience and would like to be considered, please apply by forwarding an up-to-date CV as soon as possible.
