Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative – Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business based in the outskirts of Ipswich, Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent! You will be supporting the warehouse operations of the business by handing large, heavy items and palletising. You will be operating the Forklift, stacking at various heights and lifting items. Working hours are Monday – Friday, day shift patterns and the pay rate is £15.38 - £17.95 per hour, depending on experience. Key Duties: General warehouse duties and supporting warehouse team with loading and unloading of large and bulky goods Sending orders ready for despatch Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently Requirements: Ability to handle heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of large or bulky goods Hold a valid, accredited Counterbalance Forkliftaccredited licences – this is essential Immediately available or available to start at short notice Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential If you have the relevant skills and experience and would like to be considered, please apply by forwarding an up-to-date CV as soon as possible.
