Pay Rate: Starting from 12.71 per hour (increasing upon permanent employment and with experience)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm

45 minutes total break each day (taken at 9:00am and 12:00pm)

We are currently recruiting for a Window Fabricator to join our client based in Witham, Essex. This is an excellent Temp to Perm opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer.

About the Role:

Working as part of the production team, you will be involved in the manufacture of high-quality windows from start to finish. You will receive training across several departments, learning each stage of the manufacturing process while ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Duties:

  • Manufacture and assemble window products to company quality standards
  • Learn and work across different departments throughout the production process
  • Work on the hanging line preparing products for the next manufacturing stage
  • Learn the different furniture options and product ranges available
  • Support the Stores department by preparing customer orders and window packs
