We're currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our client based in the outskirts of Halstead, Colchester, Essex on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role:
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of lift equipment orders and warranty claims. This role provides technical, post-sale support to distributors and customers, ensuring accurate order processing in the ERP/SAP system, timely warranty resolution, and effective communication across logistics, manufacturing, and credit control. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday. The pay rate is £14.75-£15.00 per hour.
