Role Snapshot – Education Recruitment Consultant, Manchester

  • OTE £35–40k year one (£45k+ year two)
  • 41 days holiday: 32 days annual leave + birthday off, plus 8 bank holidays
  • 12 weeks reduced hours during school holidays (fully paid)
  • Office-based, Monday–Friday

The Role

A people-focused sales role where you will:

  • Build relationships with teachers, support staff and school leaders
  • Make confident outbound calls and promote high-quality candidates
  • Understand school needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
  • Follow natural education cycles with shorter working hours (at full pay) in school holidays
  • Progress quickly with full training and support

  • Experience in customer service, telesales or similar

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Office-based in Manchester

Working Hours

Term time: 8-hour shift between 7:00 am–5:30 pm

School holidays:

  • Mon–Thu: 9:00 am–3:00 pm
  • Fri: 9:00 am–1:00 pm

Salary

Year 1 OTE: £35,000–£40,000

Year 2+: £45,000–£50,000 (Base salary £26,600 + bonus and commission)
