justteachers are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a large and thriving primary school in Sleaford. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in September 2026, ideal for a teacher looking to make a positive impact in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting pupils as they transition into KS2, delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning and promote academic progress. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Support pupils’ transition into Year 3 and Key Stage 2 learning
- Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Pre-requisites
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 desirable)
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
- Be proactive, organised, and adaptable
- Have a passion for raising attainment and supporting pupil development
