About the role: Justteachers are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Taverham, who are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher (Year 5/6) to join their team on a full-time basis for an urgent start on a long-term supply placement. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum, with a focus on Year 5/6

- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
- Prepare pupils for end of KS2 assessments and support their transition to secondary education
- Differentiating teaching to meet a range of abilities, including pupils with SEND and EAL

Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
