About the role: Justteachers is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Worcester. This is a full-time position starting in September 2026 and is expected to continue for the full academic year. The school supports children and young people aged 4–19 with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, autism, speech and language challenges, and hearing or vision impairments. It provides a friendly, welcoming, and well‑organised setting where students feel comfortable, respected, and motivated to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning plans.
- Support communication, sensory, and physical needs as part of a multi‑disciplinary approach.
- Foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment.
- Assist with personal care and mobility as required.
- Encourage independence, self‑esteem, and positive behaviour.
Pre‑requisites:
- Teaching Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
