About the role: Justteachers are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in Wisbech. This long‑term role involves working closely with students who have a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, autism, social‑emotional needs, and communication challenges. You’ll play a key part in helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop essential life and learning skills. Key Responsibilities:
