Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support classroom teachers and enhance the learning experience of pupils in Key Stage 1 in a primary school in Warwick. This full-time role will begin in September 2026 and continue for the academic year.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities across KS1 subjects.
- Assist with monitoring pupil understanding by observing learning, offering guidance, and sharing feedback with the teacher.
- Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can fully access lessons and classroom routines.
Pre-requisites
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience in an educational or care setting.
- Experience working with children within the KS1 setting.
- Two professional references from an educational or care background.
