About the role: Justteachers are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive school in Thetford, who are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis, starting ASAP. Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils in the classroom during lessons under the direction of the class teacher
- Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning and engagement
- Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources
- Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a focused learning environment
- Support pupils with social and emotional development when required
- Assist with transitions, routines, and structured activities
- Share observations and feedback with teaching staff
