We have an excellent opportunity for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bedworth. This full‑time role begins in September and continues until the end of the academic year. You will be supporting pupils in Key Stage 1, helping to promote their learning, development and wellbeing within a safe and engaging classroom environment. The school is two form entry and is situated in an urban area. It supports pupils from early years to KS2 and focuses on creating a warm, nurturing, and supportive community designed to foster confidence and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support whole‑class teaching by reinforcing learning, guiding pupils and assisting with activities.
  • Help maintain a positive, well‑organised classroom, supporting routines and behaviour expectations.
  • Prepare and assist with resources and learning tasks to enable smooth, engaging lessons.

Pre‑requisites:

  • Relevant level 3 early years qualification.
  • Proven experience working with children in a school, nursery or relevant setting (that can be referenced).
  • A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school‑based references.
