Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative and accessible English lessons tailored to students with diverse SEN profiles.
- Support literacy development through personalised learning plans.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including SENCOs and support staff.
- Track and report on student progress and attainment.

Pre-requisites
