About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Support Staff member to join our primary department in Stratford-upon-Avon starting September 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with additional needs in their learning and daily activities.
- Assist in delivering individualised learning plans and classroom support.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to promote pupil progress.

- Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting observations to teachers and SEN coordinators.
