Justteachers are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a welcoming SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Key Responsibilities
- Support students with a range of special educational needs within the classroom.
- Assist in implementing EHCP targets and personalised support plans.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support where required.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Monitor and report on student progress and engagement
- Pre-requisites
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with children with SEN needs.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
