About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an EYFS teacher to teach a Reception class in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This full-time position will run from September 2026 through to the following Easter break.
The Reception provision is part of a well-established primary setting and is rated 'Good' by Ofsted. It is a two-form entry environment that places a strong emphasis on nurturing children’s independence, resilience, and early phonics skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan engaging learning, design play-based activities that support early development across the EYFS curriculum.
- Support individual progress, observe children closely and adapt teaching to meet their needs.
- Create a safe environment, maintain a nurturing, inclusive classroom that promotes independence and wellbeing.
Pre-requisites
- Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
- Proven experience in Primary Education/EYFS
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
