Justteachers is currently seeking a friendly, dedicated, and proactive Learning Support Assistant/TA to join a welcoming secondary school in the Spalding area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with additional needs. The role is due to commence in September and is expected to last until the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to SEN students in KS3
- Assist the main class teacher across a range of subjects
- Work closely with the Assistant SENCO and SENCO to design and deliver tailored learning activities in line with the students' EHCP
- Deliver Speech and Language intervention
Pre-requisites:
- An experienced TA/LSA who can provide 2 educational or care related references
- A passionate and committed individual
- Secondary (KS3-KS4) experience preferred but not essential
- School would love to hear of candidates with Elklan, Team Teach and/or Read, Write Inc trained
- GCSE Qualifications in Maths and English essential
