Just Teachers Ltd in Spalding is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with SEND in a specialist provision, starting in September until at least December 2026, with a nurture-focused, play-based approach.

You will work with class teams to scaffold engagement, use visuals and sensory activities, promote communication and independence, and respond calmly to pupils to enable participation in structured and unstructured learning.
