The Role
A people-focused sales role where you will:
- Build relationships with teachers, support staff and school leaders
- Make confident outbound calls and promote high-quality candidates
- Understand school needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
- Follow natural education cycles with shorter working hours (at full pay) in school holidays
- Progress quickly with full training and support

Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£40,000
Year 2: £45,000-£50,000 (Base salary £26,600 + bonus and commission)
