We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Skegness. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking for flexibility. Support will include working at a number of different schools, supporting 1:1 when required and providing small group interventions.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with learning activities and behaviour management
- Provide targeted support to help pupils progress
- Work with pupils with additional needs where required
- Confidently step into different year groups and school settings
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Pre-requisites
- Experience working with children (school‑based or transferable)
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
- Ability to provide two education or school based references
- SEN / SEMH experience preferred but not essential
