Just Teachers Ltd is seeking an experienced HLTA to join a brand-new Alternative Provision in Sheffield starting September 2026.

This full-time temporary-to-permanent position will involve supporting students with SEMH and Autism across a 150-student provision split into 10 small classes.

You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to implement learning plans, deliver targeted interventions, and maintain a calm, nurturing learning environment that enables every student to thrive.
