Pre-requisites:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Health & Social Care, or equivalent)
- Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and de-escalation strategies
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, due to the schoolβs location
- Two education or school-based references
