Justteachers in Rushden is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils in a secondary school from 5 May 2026 to 18 December 2026.

You will work one-to-one with students displaying challenging behaviour and help maintain a positive learning environment.

You'll implement behaviour strategies, monitor pupil progress, and liaise with staff to support engagement.

An Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one is required, with two recent references.
