Justteachers Supply Agency is seeking a dedicated full-time Cover Supervisor to work at a partner secondary school based in Rugby. The position is available for an immediate start and is expected to continue on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons left by the classroom teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Take the register and ensure all students are accounted for
  • Provide assistance to students where needed to help them stay on task
  • Report any issues or feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day

Pre-requisites

  • Degree qualified (related to education) OR experience working with children in a UK setting
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
