Key Responsibilities
- Lead small-group interventions focusing on literacy and numeracy to boost student attainment.

- Assist the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

- Provide feedback to the class teacher regarding student progress and any barriers to learning observed during the day.
- Pre-requisites
- Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with children, staff, and parents.
- A reliable and flexible “can-do” attitude towards daily school life.
- Experience supporting the UK National Curriculum within a primary setting.
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
