Key Responsibilities:

- Create a positive and supportive learning environment, promoting emotional well-being and implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, using observations and data to inform tailored interventions that build confidence, resilience, and social skills.
Pre-requisites:
- Proven experience delivering sports or physical activity sessions to pupils with varied learning needs, specifically those with SEMH.
- Relevant training such as behaviour management, SEND awareness, SEMH support courses, or sports coaching qualifications (QTS not required).
