Justteachers is currently recruiting a compassionate and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a student with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) at a specialist complex needs school in Nuneaton. This full-time position is set to begin in May 2026 and will run for the full academic year. The school supports students aged 4 to 19 with a wide range of complex needs, including PMLD, moderate learning difficulties (MLD), autism (ASD), speech and language challenges, and visual or hearing impairments. The setting is committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child receives tailored support and opportunities to thrive. Key Responsibilities
