About the role:
Justteachers is seeking an enthusiastic and committed full-time Science Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Nuneaton area from September 2026. This is a long-term position, expected to run until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The school benefits from a well-established and forward-thinking Science department, delivering an engaging and comprehensive curriculum up to Key Stage 5. Students achieve strong outcomes at both GCSE and A-level, reflecting the department’s focus on high-quality teaching, innovation, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- To teach English Literature and Language across KS3 & KS4, including full classroom responsibilities
- To manage classroom behaviour, following the school's policy
- To work with a mixture of abilities, including students with SEN
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching English Literature and Language to GCSE level
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
