Justteachers Supply Agency are currently recruiting for a full‑time Cover Supervisor to join one of our partner secondary schools based in the Nuneaton area. This is a long‑term opportunity with the possibility of a permanent position for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑prepared lessons left by the classroom teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Take the register and ensure all students are accounted for
- Provide assistance to students where needed to help them stay on task
- Report any issues or feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day
Pre‑requisites
- Degree qualified (related to education) OR UK experience working in an education setting
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
