About the role:

Justteachers are seeking to recruit an experienced and dedicated English Teacher to work within one of our partnered secondary schools in Northampton, starting in September 2026. This is a full time position with the chance to become permanent. The school is well known for their diversity in hiring and commitment to getting the best out of their students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging English lessons for students in (KS3–KS4)
  • Build strong relationships with students
  • Classroom behaviour management
  • Monitor, track, and assess student progress

Pre-requisites:

  • Teaching English to a GCSE level
  • A passionate and motivated individual who can inspire learners using a range of teaching strategies
