About the role:
Justteachers Supply Agency are seeking a well-qualified Business Studies Teacher for a long-term position starting September 2026 with one of our partnered schools in the Northampton area with the potential for it to become permanent for the right candidate.
The school itself has achieved a ‘Good’ Ofsted inspection and is known for their high achieving students in GCSE and A Level. The school also prides itself on their diversity and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching Business Studies KS3–KS4, including full classroom responsibilities
- Help students with coursework and exam preparation
- Deliver lessons on enterprise and finance
- Nurture a business-focused mindset
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies to GCSE level
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Two references, desirably from an educational background or a school setting
